Our Story
At Sniff and Go, we believe that being a truly great dog walking and pet sitting service is all about making owners happy and pets even happier. We insist that there’s no limit to the peace-of-mind that a pet service can provide for its clients, and so, since 2012, we’ve incorporated innovative methods for scheduling visits and providing detailed animal care instructions. You will be able to verify your schedule online and your walker will provide a photo with notes at the conclusion of each walk. Our systems let us perform intense quality control checks on each service performed.
Since opening our doors in April of 2009, our staff has been constantly committed to providing a matchless experience for pet owners in San Francisco. We utilize an in-depth and strenuous hiring process to ensure that each and every member of our staff is of the utmost skill, trustworthiness, and character. We employ our dog walkers, enabling Sniff and Go to provide on-going training. Every member of our staff is also bonded and insured. This means that Sniff and Go is accountable for the entirety of our business, and we take that responsibility very seriously. We know how special your pet is to you, and we make each and every pet special to us.
Our clients love Sniff and Go because we have a management team available to communicate with you. We are able to respond to client requests and inquiries quickly. We also understand no two dogs (or cats) are alike, and before we even begin working with your pet we ensure that we know all there is to know about their health, diet, exercise and emotional needs.
