We have received an abundance of dog and cat food and other pet supplies that we would like to share with our rescue partners in Southwest Florida who have been impacted by Hurricane Ian. Please contact me so I can get this out to the folks who need it. Thanks.

We desperately need someone who is willing to take 2 med mixed breed dogs. They are rescues and have been in our shelter for a while but because of hurricane damage it is necessary to place them with a foster or another rescue. If you can help please message us. They are both social and crate trained. Male and female both utd on vaccinations and heartworm/flea prevention.

HELP!!! Anyone know where we can get some emergency Heavy Duty outdoor kennels quick in Sarasota? Tractor Supply has the retriever ones in stock but they are flimsy. We are still flooded but we can get out with the big truck. We need to replace and secure the rescue kennels.

In preparation for the upcoming hurricane please remember to plan for your pets. Bring their food, supplies , medical records and microchip ID # ‘s with you if you should decide to leave home.

We have a stock of crates if anyone needs one please DM me. We will have the warehouse open tomorrow if you need to pick any up. Remember, many of the hurricane shelters accept pets but they must be in a crate.

Stay safe and protect those furry babies.

FYI Florida residents: this year’s FL sales tax Holiday includes pet food and pet supplies and is going on now through June 10.
Stock up on pet food for hurricane season and maybe even donate some to your favorite rescue!
