Health update & scan results ❤️ Since Snoopy was a puppy we have really struggled with his toilet training (mainly the weeing) to the point we started to get concerned as he would wet himself while sleeping and do lots of wee’s constantly. Snoopy is now 6 months old and it hasn’t got alot better, he was still having a lot of accidentally and most of the time it looked like he wasn’t aware he was having or needing a wee. So we decided to take him back to the vets for further testing. He had a scan done on his bladder and also had tests taken directly from his bladder. Ironically since I booked this he has been a lot better and gone a week without any accidents. I had the results from the vets today and everything was clear and good! So we now think he was just a late learner/behavioural issue. We will monitor and see! 😁

At the end of the day we couldn’t care less what mix breed he is as love him lots anyway! But it was so interesting finding out what he actually is 😁

*we saw parents, he was bought from a private breeder, dad is a pure bred poodle with papers and mum was a little mix breed that they thought was a jack Russell cross poodle but from the DNA it shows she’s a chihuahua cross poodle. Both parents were lovely, friendly and healthy which is the main thing ❤️

I first started breeding guinea pigs back in 2012/2013 when I lived in Sweden. I started off breeding skinny carriers and skinnies! I continued breeding the skinnies when we moved back over to the UK (first in Scotland then few months later down to Norfolk). After a few years I stopped breeding the skinnies and imported some cuys over from Sweden. I was then one of the very few breeders of cuys in England and had around 50 cuys at one point! A few years later I had a change of heart and decided to stop breeding the cuys and only breed “normal” guinea pigs again. Nowadays I am still breeding however on a smaller scale as I'm juggling University and competing my horse as well as the little guinea pigs.
