Fritos and Takis are the last of the snack squad waiting to be adopted. Fritos is quite hilarious and SUPER sweet. Takis is a little playful lovebug.

Meet Dave!
This hunk of love is a 2 year old Chocolate Lab mix. Dave is about 65lbs. Dave came from the Fayette County Animal Shelter, after they moved, because he needed a place where his “happy tail” could heal. And healed it is! The hair has even mostly grown back. So, he is ready for his forever home!
He is extremely trainable, he loves treats, and he’s super eager to please. He is housebroken, and crate trained. And that’s without a doggy door. If you have a dog door, I’m confident that he would learn very quickly.
Dave is so good about telling you what he wants too! Without being pushy or annoying, he makes it known if it’s breakfast or dinner time, he tells you if his water is out, and even when he wants to go out for play or potty time. And, if you don’t notice those immediate cues; he will get pushy and annoying (though that stage is brief, if he’s telling you he needs to potty).
Now for the things Dave loves, in no particular order:
People
Couches (if the people are on it)
Dogs that will play with him
Food
Attention
Chew toys
Oh, and most importantly: Dave believes that Ball is life! If you do not have tennis balls, Dave will insist that you invest in some.
He also loves golf cart rides and going on adventures with his humans. His favorite places to go are places where his humans will shower him with love and attention! He will do just about everything so long as he can be with his people.
If you have a cat at home, Dave is probably not for you. His foster family has a cat, and they have to keep them separate because he is overly interested in her.
His foster mom’s dream for Dave, is a forever family with another active dog to play with. He LOVES his foster siblings, and wants to play with them any chance they will allow. He will need a physically strong and energetic owner because of how strong and energetic he is.

Meet Onyx!
Onyx is a 5 year old Schnauzer/Poodle mix (or at least she looks like it). She came to us as a stray brought into Fayette County Animal Control so we do not have any history on her past that point. She LOVES her person, but can take a bit to warm up to strangers completely. Onyx is good with kids after spending some time with them. She prefers women to men.
She is a barker! You will not need a doorbell with Onyx!
Onyx is crate trained and housetrained. She is good on a leash and in the car too!

Inanna is a one and a half year old Siberian Husky who needs a new home due to no fault of her own. She loves to chew on toys and go for walks.
She is full grown and weighs about 50 pounds. Inanna is house broken and crate trained. She is good with other dogs, cats, and kids. She currently lives with cats and toddlers.

Liam wants to be friends with all of the cats!
He is an energetic, 4 year old Pointer mix who is looking for a forever home.
Liam is GREAT with kids and cats! However, he is dog selective. He does great in his foster home with her older, laid back dog, but he is not all about that puppy energy. He likes to do his own thing with his family and doesn’t want to be bothered with other rambunctious dogs.
He currently shares his home with two blind cats, a kitten home from college, an older dog, and teenagers and he LOVES all little kids that he meets!
