How was your holiday? Mine was quiet, peaceful. Worked on new designs, spent time with family, took Tony on walks in nature. He got new toys and was so appreciative...he's been dropping them at my feet all day 😂

Happy Thanksgiving from Kokolati Leather 🦃🍁

As I prepare to host my first Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on the journey that’s brought me here—and the incredible community that has supported me along the way.

Running Kokolati Leather has been more than just a business; it’s my life, my family. It is such an honor to dress your dogs, and I’m so touched that you see value in my craft. I’m incredibly thankful for each and every one of you—for your encouragement, your trust in my craftsmanship, and your patience as I navigate the ups and downs of running a small business. (Seriously, your kindness and support mean the world to me.)

This year, your support allowed me to turn a new page, creating the space and time to rest and reflect. What a gift! This past year was one of peace, solitude, and healing. Now, I’m excited to channel my newfound strength and energy into growth and creative pursuits. I also look forward to finding new ways to give back and give thanks to our community.

✨🎄This year, I wanted to create a cozy winter village scene. Featuring snow-flocked trees, trails into the woods, and Swarovski crystal snowflakes. A winter wonderland! I decided to keep the cabins consistent in color and make this a patterned design that is detailed, yet easy on the eyes.

⚠️I will only be making 10 of these! Each collar will be marked as #/10 in gold on the keeper.

🎋🐑Introducing - Shepherds Meadow ☁🐑

When I set out to make a sheep-themed collar, I was not expecting it to be one of my favorite designs - Ever! There is something about this scene that just brings my soul a sense of calm. The rolling green hills, the oak trees, and the sheep peacefully grazing. The muted tones and simple color palette bring me back to cozy foggy mornings on the farm growing up. It kind of reminds me of my rabbit design years back for those that remember, whimsical and I find, charming. ✨🎋

This design is my first in the working dog collection. While fitting for all dogs...I created this design with farm dogs, herding breeds, and anyone who loves the nostalgia of country living in mind.
Each collar is custom-made to your dog's neck size, tooled, and painted by hand. Solid brass hardware and latigo base leather. Your choice of green or chocolate, and you can also leave a note if you prefer another leather/hardware choice. Chestnut /brass or black / silver would also look lovely!

Halloween is almost here! Is your dog dressing up? I am so excited to see all the dogs in costume!
