Seeking an experienced highland home who will be able to get the best out of Basil. He will go nicely with encouragement from a competent rider. He can spot a beginner by a mile though and can be lazy so probably not a novice ride. He has mild sweet-itch which is managed well with fly mask, fly rug and kill-itch.
If my daughter was more experienced and stronger to manage the cheeky highland characteristics, Basil would not be going anywhere. It is important for me to find the right home for him. Feel free to get in touch if you’d like more information. Thanks.

Well, what amazing day with Ramie! Day 2 at Malvern. Not only did I actually manage to get into the ring, my knee held up pretty well for a second class too. Ramie won both classes & then my ghast was totally flabbered as we won the ridden Championship!
Very emotional mummy moment 🤣
Now on our long trek back to Dover. Full weekend report once home.
What an awesome pony he is 🥰🦄🤩

A good first day. A very happy & up for it Ramie, who thoroughly enjoyed being back in the ring for the first time in over a year. A 2nd & a 5th in the Sidesaddle classes.

This lovely, special boy is still searching for his new home.

If there is really no interest in keeping him entire, (which would be a great shame), he could be gelded.
This could either be, with prior arrangement either be done here before he goes to his new home, or could be done by his new owner once purchased.

This is a heartbreaking decision, due to my health so the right new home/owner is of the utmost importance to me.

This lovely, special boy is still searching for his new home.

With my knee surgery date now confirmed for the new year, I would love to see him sorted & settled in a new home soon.

He has so much to offer & is such a super lad, he deserves someone as special as he is to love & enjoy him, for what I feel will be a very bright future in so many spheres.

Because of this, I am open to a SENSIBLE offer from the RIGHT person, but please don’t offend me with a silly one!

This is a heartbreaking decision, so the right new home/owner is of the utmost importance to me.
