This week has been full of stripping kennel floors from their old shavings, liming the ground, and layering their new shavings!

The crew is lined up for their wormer! When we go to strip down the kennels and lime them, I like to hit everybody with heavy doses of worming for a week.

During the day, the pups go in the big 10 x 10 so they can play engage and then they come out three times a day for potty breaks and playtime. And then they go in their crates specifically at night time, and repeat repeat repeat. 🩶

For our reserved puppies, once the deposit is complete, we bring them into our home to start an in-depth schedule that better prepares them for the transition to their new families.

Barret is one of our Mini Whoodles from our spring litter, and he truly checks all the boxes. He’s adaptable, smart, confident, and gets along wonderfully with both dogs and humans!

Bear bear “Barret” has just started his week of a basic training program. During this time, he’ll master walking on a leash, solidify his understanding of sit, down, and come, and further refine his potty schedule. He’s already crate trained and is excelling wonderfully.

He’ll also have his final vet appointment, which includes his rabies and final puppy vaccinations, along with a complete health exam.

Last week I shaved down Durin, our multigen bernedoodle stud, who is daddy to all our mini bernedoodles.

Summer is a hot one and I wanted my dogs to be able to pool, and chill 😎. While letting me gauge them physically.

It's crucial to ensure that Bernedoodles maintain a healthy weight, especially during their first year. You want to see a defined tuck at their waist, and while you should be able to feel their hipbones, they should be covered by a small layer of fat—not too much, but not visible.

Since their growth plates are still developing, any extra weight can put unnecessary strain on their joints and bones. An athletic build with well-developed muscles is ideal for their overall health.

While you don’t want your puppy to be too thin, aiming for a healthy, lean physique will help them grow into a strong, mature dog and lead to a longer, healthier life.

Last year, a family adopted two half-sisters from different litters and enrolled them both in our fully trained puppy program. The puppies stayed with us, meeting with the family monthly and completing their training until they were six months old.

Now, they’re living the good life! With kids at home and frequent travel, they still proudly show off their skills every day.

Theee girls are a hoot with their hair, and I LOVE it. 🩶

All of our puppies leave with go home kits!

In their folder, they will have all of their vaccination and veterinary documents, microchip, puppy insurance, they will have a go home pamphlet covering tips tricks with general care information as well as a copy of a schedule that we try to mimic ourselves on a normal day, crate training information, deworming schedules, feeding schedule, the brand that they are on and a back up brand we recommend.

They will have a 5 pound bag of food coming home with them, a pigs ear/chew, and stuffed animal that smells like siblings / mom.

Our goal is easy transition for you with access to help and printed information in your hand for how we do things and have these puppies adapted too.

Oakley is getting ready to leave the nest, our sheepadoodle girl. Go home bags consist of a toy, scented like siblings, a blanket, a chew (pigs ear) , 5ibs of kibble, and a can of soft food. Their folder has their health insurance, medical history, contract, microchip, and a go home information packet. 😍

Dorien got groomed and he is just the cutest!! He is available!

He is CRATE trained, has been on an intensive potty schedule, and has started leash training!

Dorian is a 20-week-old mini Bernedoodle, expected to reach between 36 to 40 pounds when fully grown. Coming from a line of multigenerational breeding, Dorian is several generations into his Bernedoodle heritage.

He features a non-shedding, plush teddy bear coat that's as soft as it is adorable.

All of my puppy owners know I am always just a call or text away and I respond as quickly as I can.

I go out of my way to be helpful, providing advice, tips, and anything else you might need. My daily life revolves around puppies, dogs, and clients (both training and puppy owners). This is my job, and I do it daily because I love it.

However, I will not tolerate being disrespected, having my time or effort taken advantage of, or my resources misused.

Recently, I have an upset family who was supposed to get a puppy being returned who would be the perfect fit with a sibling.
Original family said they needed to return it due to human health issues, but their story has changed multiple times. Despite this, I am still trying to help as much as I can.

I even have a transporter going out of her way, making a longer trip to accommodate the pickup request, which takes more time away from her personal life.

We are always willing to take any puppy back for any reason, at any time or age, no matter how long they’ve been with their humans. But please, ensure that your decision is final before having me rearrange everything and disrupt my work schedule for a last-minute change or disrupting other people’s homes, or schedules too.

While it’s not my responsibility to be your emotional crutch, I often go out of my way to support people in ways that don’t directly pertain to me because sometimes people just need a shoulder to lean on.

But please, do not mistake my kindness for weakness. Being rude to me, is not helping either situation. 

If you’re bringing home a puppy or committing to a breeder, make sure you are 100% ready to commit to that puppy before changing its entire life.

He will receive his third and final vaccines before leaving us, along with a vet clearance. (Please note that getting a vet appointment can take 3-6 days depending on availability). 🩶

Holden is crate trained overnight, walks well on a leash, and enjoys supervised playtime indoors with a great potty schedule. He will be fully vetted at the time of leaving.

Boujie, our stunning Medium Bernedoodle with a beautiful sable coat. She's already had a litter this past spring. However, as we're downsizing our program and we're looking for a new home for her. Boujie is DNA tested and ofa /pennhip tested lineage.

Not only is she excellent with children and other dogs, but she's also a dream during grooming sessions. While she's housebroken, she's crate-trained for those times when she's left unattended. She walks well on a leash.

We're hoping to find Boujie a spot in another small breeding program or as a pet. She's available for ✅ $1,500 and a puppy back from future breeding, with breeding rights or ✅ $1500 for a pet home with a spay contract and spay completed by new owners. We can also complete the spay for our veterinary costs.

Papaya's retirement litter is this fall, and I'm seriously considering placing our keeper female puppy from the last litter.

After this retirement litter, I may not continue breeding Whoodles. This puppy is a black phantom with strong phantom points, super cute, and 18 weeks old—perfect for skipping the crazy baby phase. Although I'm still on the fence, I will consider applications and families. 🩶

I’ll be getting new shots of her later today. 🫶🏼

Meet Storm, our stunning standard poodle with a beautiful phantom merle coat. She's already proven her prowess as a dam with an incredibly healthy litter last year. However, as we're downsizing our program and don't have a suitable stud for her, we're looking for a new home for her. Storm comes fully Penn hip tested, OFA & DNA tested.

Not only is she excellent with children and other dogs, but she's also a dream during grooming sessions. While she's housebroken, she's crate trained for those times when she's left unattended. Plus, she walks decently on a leash.
