Join our team on the North Shore of Montreal as a Barn Manager/Groom‼️

Specialized in show jumping, our stables are dedicated to offering the best for our horses and riders. Our commitment to the well-being and success of the horses goes hand-in-hand with the quality of our services and facilities, as much for the horses as for our team.

As a Barn Manager/Groom, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards of care and performance towards our horses and riders. This includes overseeing and ensuring the welfare of the horses and the daily management of the stables in an environment of 3 professionals and great clients.

✅ Opportunity to accompany to certain competitions 🚙 (ability to drive a horse trailer is a plus)
✅ Opportunity to work in Ocala, Florida 🌴 (citizenship/work permit in both countries is a plus)
✅ Housing may be provided

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise daily care and management of horses including feeding, grooming, and exercise.
- Manage logistics and preparation for competitions, ensuring all horses are competition-ready.
- Coordinate with trainers, veterinarians, and other staff to provide optimal care.
- Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and order of the facilities.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in horse care and barn management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and team-oriented mindset.

Now halfway into circuit, Lucy placed 3rd in the $1,000 1.30m and 9th in the $15,000 Future’s Prix 🎉
We are excited to see what the second half holds for her!

Off to a great start with Lucy, placing top 6 in both her 1.25m last week as well as the 1.35m and a win in the 1.30m! Great results for the rest of the team as well, including a win in the 1.35m classic on the first week 🎉

Very late Princeton recap:
All three mares jumped great!
🏆 Missy finished 11th in the 6 years old division

🏆 Our incredible Lucy was 5th in the 7 years old division and also won the best US bred 7 yo award 🥇🌴🌴
Now everybody have a little of rest under the palm trees before we start the winter season in Ocala, FL

As of now, we have up to 8 stalls available in Ocala (FL) 🌴, 5 minutes from the World Equestrian Center‼️

***Priority will be given to people staying for the entire Winter season***

What is available (Dry stalls/Board):

- 4 stalls in main 10-stall barn (12x12) with windows, rubber mats & automatic waters;

- 4 oversized-stall barn with windows, rubber mats & automatic waters & private feed/tack room, own grooming area

Facilities & services provided :

- Large grass paddocks for every horse & pastures

- 4 outdoor showers with hot and cold water

- Indoor grooming stall in main barn

- 100'x220' Martin Collins All-weather fiber footing, equipped with sprinkler system and full drainage, and a LOT of TLC

- Jump4Joy jumps & fillers

- Grass field to ride on

- Big round pen

- Tack room and large feed room in main barn

- Two RV hookup for boarders (most likely booked)

- Manure disposal included & option of split for bulk shavings

- Very high quality timothy hay & alfalfa cubes available for purchase

‼️We are a hunter/jumper facility and we are very proud to share our facilities and quality of service. We look for good people that care about their horses and our environment for a great atmosphere and fun times‼️

After a successful week in Virginia where Missy won the 5k 1.25 Welcome and Lucy placed 5th in the 15k 1.30 Classic, we are now in Saugerties, NY!

Nous sommes fiers d’annoncer que nous ouvrons quelques nouvelles places en pension aux Écuries Mi Casa à compter du 1er Juin!!!

Situé à 20 minutes de Montréal, nos belles installations ont beaucoup à offrir 👉 voir la fiche photo.

Plusieurs services seront maintenant offerts, que ce soit l’entraînement, la vente de votre cheval, ou la compétition. Nous avons désormais des forfaits de pension variant selon vos besoins et préférences (de base, tout inclus, tout inclus + soins, etc…). Notre priorité est le bien-être de nos chevaux et la qualité des services et des installations offerts!

Anthony offrira ses services d’entraînement dès son retour de la Floride! Au cours des années, il a su se démarquer sur les terrains de concours en Amérique du Nord dans les divisions de jeunes chevaux et de sauteur à plus haut niveau. Il prend le temps de développer des programmes propres à chaque cheval et s’implique énormément dans le développement de ses jeunes chevaux, du travail au sol au travail en selle. Il est maintenant prêt à partager sa passion et ses connaissances avec des élèves!

Nous avons le plaisir d’avoir sur place Olivia D’Errico, cavalière d’expérience, qui est aussi disponible pour les cours et l’entraînement, que vous voulez vous diriger vers les sauteurs, les équitations, ou les chasseurs. Elle sera d'ailleurs en charge de remplacer Anthony lorsqu’il s’absente en compétition et en Floride!

Finalement, nous avons aussi cavalière de Dressage expérimentée, Melanie Bosse, disponible sur demande pour les cours et entraînements au plat!

De plus, nos écuries Mi Casa South à Ocala sont prêtes à accueillir ceux et celles voulant nous suivre en Floride pour la saison d’hiver ☀

Great results for the Mi Casa Team at the Ottawa Summer Tournament 1!

Two wins for Anthony and his young horses, Lucy in the 6yo and F Miss Gouvernante VDL Z in the 5yo!

Emily and Amika also finished 8th over 55 entries in the 0.90m jumper classic!

No words can describe how proud we are of Lucy's progress. Nothing is more rewarding than working with young horses and watching them thrive, being one of the many reasons why we love doing it. Lucy will be one to watch in the future!

Il n'y a pas de mots pour décrire à quel point nous sommes fiers des progrès de Lucy. Rien n'est plus gratifiant que de travailler avec les jeunes chevaux et de les voir performer, étant l'une des nombreuses raisons pour lesquelles nous aimons le faire. Lucy sera à surveiller dans le futur!
