As wildfires continue to displace countless animals, shelters are filling up fast, and there’s no room for all the cats in need. In order to help other shelters take in more displaced cats, we need to raise $138,000 to cover essential medical care, spay/neuter services, and more.

This money will allow us to ensure these cats receive the care they need to be healthy, happy, and ready for adoption. With your donation, we can help make space in overcrowded shelters so more cats can be saved.

💨 The Santa Ana winds can be a bit unsettling, but here’s how we can keep our feline friends safe and comforted during this time:

🐾 Keep them indoors – It’s a scary time for cats with all that flying debris. Let’s keep them safe inside.
🐾 Create a calm space – Set up a cozy corner with their favorite blanket, toys, and a quiet spot to relax.
🐾 Check air quality – The dry air can be tough on their little lungs, so make sure they have plenty of fresh water and clean air.
🐾 Secure outdoor items – No need for those flying chairs or garden tools to add to the chaos.
🐾 Be prepared – Have an emergency kit ready, just in case.

Wow LA! 🌟🌆 You showed UP for the cats this weekend. We had 56 cats go to fosters and forever homes this weekend. 🐈‍⬛ This is SO important because it’s freeing up room for us at to take in even more cats that have been displaced by the Los Angeles wildfires.

Keep up the adoption and foster applications. We still have cats that have been waiting for over a year to go to a home that would love a foster or forever home!

As a reminder, our next Open Hours will be next Saturday & Sunday from 2-5 pm for everyone interested in adopting and fostering.
