My little Frankie finally got her lab tests done on Tuesday. The vet says she’s doing well. We are lowering her Atopica dosage to every other day instead of daily and keeping her steady on prednisone twice a week. Atopica will be her lifelong medication unfortunately. But at least it’s allowing her to thrive. So I’m grateful for that. Thank you to all of you who donated to get Frankie her medical care. I’m so very grateful!

May is my birthday month! If anyone would like to donate to Frankie’s GoFundMe I would greatly appreciate it. Due to my current circumstances she is way behind on her vet visits and lab tests.
I unfortunately don’t know how high or low her blood platelets currently are or if she is getting better or worse which is stressful. Your donations will cover her vet visit, lab test, and medication. Even a share helps.

Frankie health update: her lab tests and vet visits are no longer within my budget so I am not sure how her health is progressing or what her blood platelet count is at. But she’s been taking her meds every day and seems to be doing well on the atopic and prednisone. Once I’m able to get her back to her vet I’ll update on her blood platelet count. But until then, may she continue thriving the way she has the past couple months. 🙏🏽

Tomorrow night on ABC! Watch some of America’s top groomers compete for $100,000 grand prize! Frankie had so much fun on the set of Pooch Perfect! For those wondering.... •They use pet safe styling products and plant based dyes. Some semi permanent and some washable. •There is a veterinarian on set at all times. •Every cast and crew member is a dog lover. •There is a personal handler with them at all times. •Safety and comfort of our beloved pets is the number 1 priority. •Since these are timed competitions they actually groom the dogs pretty fast compared to the stressful 5+ hours it took me to groom Frankie myself during quarantine. Lol •They are given lots of love, attention, belly rubs, organic treats, and playtime in their Disneyland for dogs holding area. •If at any point I felt it was dangerous or harmful for Frankie I would never have agreed for her to appear on this show. •These groomers have spent most of their lives with dogs whether as owners, groomers or both. •Westminster dog show contestants probably spend way more time getting groomed than the dogs on this show. •And finally I trust them 100% as much as I do Frankie’s groomer @luckydogpetgrooming7 ! I’m excited for everyone to see the amazing and creative work that these groomers are capable of. Still blows my mind just how amazing they are.
