PSA

We are getting swarmed with calls from new people wanting to bring their pups to board or for daycare. So I want to put this out there to get everyone on the same page. I am going to try my best to explain how we operate and why.

This is our home. This is not a facility or a separate building on our property where your pups sleep and play when they are with us. We don’t have crates nor do we utilize them. Your pups routines with you at your house are what we follow through with here. We have a large fenced in back yard that is divided in half for play time for the littles and bigs that come. We take a very limited number of pups at a time. It’s what we do to be able to give the ones staying a very personal and enjoyable experience while being here.

We also are very protective of the fur babies when they are staying with us. We don’t allow “tours” of our home for privacy reasons and also because we have other pups that their parents have left in our care and we are committed to providing them with the safest environment possible. Having strangers walk through their space that they are not used too puts extra stress on them and that’s not something we will ever do. It can also cause unusual reactivity in the pets that could possibly lead to one of them getting hurt.

We’ve been operating several years and have yet to have an animal get injured while in our care. It’s because we work hard to ensure they are loved, safe and make the right kind of friends when they are here. It is also because of the in depth screening process we do before allowing your fur covered kids to come.

We will ask a lot of questions up front before taking on a new furry love to ensure they will be a good fit with our free flowing home-like environment. I have and will continue to turn away business if it means protecting the Furever Love pups that are regulars with us.

If you’d like to face time to see the area is clean and safe I’d be glad to do that. I also have outstanding references that I can provide from my long time Furever Love parents who have been in our home on several occasions. If you’d like their names and numbers message me and I will provide them to you.

Please understand this is not meant to be rude in any way. We are super picky and careful about the pups we commit to for so many reasons. It has never been about quantity for me it’s always been the quality of pet care that we offer that means the most. It’s why I started Furever Love in the first place. To give pet parents the ability to travel in peace knowing their furry loves are receiving the best care possible and enjoying their own vacation while away from their humans.
