Separation anxiety in dogs show a lot of signs such as panting, drooling, destructive behavior, barking and whining, and they follow you all around the house!
One suggestion I would have first is give your dog physical and mental exercise through dog training, and if all else fails use premium care calming chews.

The Embarrassing Pulling Stops TODAY...
The worst thing about owning a large breed is when they are dragging you down the street as soon as you leave the house.
It's almost as if my dog were on a mission, first moving object I see......run after it as fast as I can!
I am going to show you how I stop the Leash pulling in the first training session.
Dogs tend to pull during walks when you have the incorrect gear on them such as a harness or a flat collar.
These two pieces of equipment tend to make a pit bull pull harder due to the resistance it creates around the frame.
I really like to use the slip lead when training a dog not to pull on the leash.
You want to get this down as soon as possible because large breeds are capable to pull large amounts of weight, so pulling a human can be an easy task for them unless when train them loose leash walking as soon as possible.
