Okay, I want to know what’s up with this wind?!!! When rainy season and hurricane season ends, we have much drier weather. In fact, I can’t tell you the last time it rained here. But this wind is not normal. I’ve lived here 22 years and don’t remember it being windy ALL THE TIME!!

This is Angus. One of our first baby boys, and the largest goat we had, weighing in at about 175 lbs. This was him at 6:30 last evening. I came out to the barn to find him dead this morning. 🥺 Burying my love amidst the destruction. Really don’t know how much more I can take. 💔💔

Well thanks Ian!! In ten years I’ve never had an unplanned breeding. In ten days, thanks to Ian’s destruction, the change of housing for my herd and some temporary fencing, I guess we’ll see what happens in five months!!!🤬🤬🤬

RIP Ginger…The very first doe we acquired here on the farm 10 years ago passed away yesterday evening. She fought so hard, and I was disturbed by the amount of injections I had to give her daily; like I was torturing her. I didn’t want to hurt her anymore and I asked God to take her quickly. She was gone shortly after. 😞💔💔🌈🙏…no more pain sweet baby 🐐

I found this little chick two nights ago, laying in the grass, in the rain, but cheeping. Her mama rejected her so I brought her inside to the care of the chicken rehabilitator. Not even 3 days old 🐥 She wanted to survive!
