Dogfather and Co. is a retail boutique and grooming spa offering lifestyle accessories for the urban canine. Welcome to Dogfather!

Or as we like to call it, doggie heaven. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, we have been serving the Rosedale community since 2001. Dogfather specializes in unique and stylish products of the utmost quality (some only available at our shop!). Custom dog beds, designer leather leashes and collars, as well as hand-knit doggie apparel are just some of the fabulous goods we have to offer. Dogfa

ther is also home to the Paw Spa! Our wonderful groomers work tirelessly to make sure that your dog's grooming experience is the best in the city. We offer grooming Monday - Sunday and will only schedule a maximum of six dogs a day to ensure your pooch is getting the attention they deserve. Our employees are experts in the field of doggy care. Anything you need, we're here to help! What are the best coats to keep your dog warm in the winter? What kind of food should you feed your dog? What is the best gift for the dog lover in your family? How often do you brush & comb your pet?

Your answer will affect how often they need to be groomed professionally & the type of haircut they can receive.

Ideally medium & longhaired pets should be brushed every couple days.

Regular brushing removes hair, removes dirt/debris, prevents matting, distributes natural oils throughout their coats, reduces shedding and dander.

How often do you check your pets mouth? Brush their teeth?
Maintaining your pets dental wellbeing can be difficult!

Proper dental care is important to the well being of our pets. Dental disease can affect heart, kidney & lung functions.

This service can be a preventative measure to reduce the amount of dental issues your pets will have in the future. It includes brushing & hand scaling above the gum line to remove plaque and tartar.

We offer all natural cosmetic teeth cleanings for dogs & cats. This service is sedation free and in a calm environment to ensure your pet is as comfortable as possible. Some pets are not candidates for anaesthesia, this can help maintain overall dental health.
