A question was brought to me today, at what point would I consider a Gnomish purebred again. The breeder had used a New Zealand rabbit in the initial cross. So to answer this question for everyone, never. The breed is a Rex Silver fox cross. Any other breed has no place in the genetics. It was chosen on purpose and for a purpose. Other breeds have health issues we absolutely do not want in the breed and lines. It also will muck up the fur in your lines. If you want to improve your silvering use a silver fox. If you want to improve rex fur and don't have a GG use a Rex tho that most likely will slow your growth lines at this point. Any questions, drop them below.
