We were in the campground visiting the animals with the dogs when the employee dropped a lid on the turkey cage nearby. The booming sound sent Tucker into a panic and he tried to take off with me in tow. I grabbed onto Keith and handed Tucker off to him. Both boys thought it was thunder. Yep, Tucker is now afraid of thunder-like sounds. Ugh. All the way home, Camper kept looking up at the clouds looking for a storm.

Follow-up vet visit for flu shot boosters and check on status of Camper’s skin allergy. He seems to be getting better, but they extended his antibiotics and added a steroid. Camper weighs 166 and Tucker weighs 131 pounds.

The boys met a mastiff the other day.

Today the boys met one of two new-to-the-park Great Danes. Kronos is 170 pounds, which is the same as Camper, but Kronos is a bit taller. His ears make him a bit scary and certainly majestic.
