Hand poke adornment for , done during my last visit to .

It was an absolute pleasure to tattoo such a powerful woman the owner of the studio, a one-woman orchestra who runs podcasts, travels the world, and continues to create so many inspiring projects.

Today I want to present to you some more pictures of a tattoo for Gosia, made using the hand-poke method .

The whole piece was completed in two sessions in and is part of a larger project covering the chest, sides of the body, chin, and feet.
Our fascinating journey has been going on for nearly 3–4 years.
Beyond inspirations drawn from Berber and Baltic patterns, I think the most magical part is that these tattoos follow the body in motion.
Each of them was composed to work and flow in dance.

There are a few areas on the body that are technically difficult to tattoo and even harder to heal.

One of those areas is the feet! However, I absolutely love tattooing both the tops and the soles of the feet.

Proper aftercare and patience during the healing process ultimately give the best intended result!

Hello good people!
Today I want to show you a personal protective stave. This tattoo was done entirely without a machine. Hand poke is my favorite non-electrical method, as it allows for easier healing and beautiful results once healed.

The design is inspired by petroglyphs and Icelandic magical staves.
