If you have a dog that is reactive you ABSOLUTELY need to keep enough space between the dogs , so that you still have the attention of the dog you are working with...AND...
LOTS OF HIGH VALUE TREATS OR REWARDS.
Why treats and rewards? This will help teach the dog to WANT TO REPEAT and replicate the behavior you are rewarding.
Once you have this lower level rewarded to the max, and the dog loves what you are doing..then up the antenna by positioning closer to thr stimulus.
