I’m 9 years old today…eek! Where have I been, you ask? It’s complicated! Pandemic, death of a parent, caregiving for two other parents, job changes…you know, life. We are so sorry to have kept our wee boy from you all and hope to do better going forward. Much love to you all. 😘❤️😻

Happy birthday, sweet sweet Lobstah! 🎉 You light up our lives in so many ways, big and small! 🥰 It’s been a little while since you’ve heard from us; not going to lie, it’s been an exceedingly difficult year.

The pandemic, of course (and catching Covid in the middle of a business trip to Europe), but also the death of a parent. And now, due to the poor health of another parent, we are currently 3,000 miles apart.

One happy note though; after many months of off and on again anxiety and aggression, typically beginning with the sight of another cat outside (though sometimes just a look from his sister got it going), Lobstah is much more calm and peaceful. We added privacy film to the bottom half of most of the windows, and more importantly started Lobstah on an Rx for Prozac. It was not an easy time for anyone in the household, humans or cats, so we are super grateful for all of the advice and patience given to us while we explored different resolutions.

So very sorry to all of you for our lengthy absence, but grateful as well for your patience and love ❤️
