Bringing goats in from pasture solo
This is a very smooth example of bringing goats in from pasture before it rains 😆 glad my herd is usually cooperative 💕
Today was trail work day with Oliver. He handled everything wonderfully. Even the barking dogs running around and getting hit by a stick that caught my sweatshirt. This guy is NOT for sale, he’s one of our personal herd members.
He has come a long ways from the scared horse he was when he arrived here. For a good month Ollie would stand in the back corner of his stall, depressed and shaking from fear whenever he saw a person. You couldn’t halter him, or catch him and he wanted nothing to do with turnout. His confidence since then has skyrocketed. He loves turnout, eagerly eats all of his dinner and wants to engage with people. He will now stand to be groomed, stand for the farrier and wants to be a part of whatever you’re doing. He can still be a little bugger to catch on occasion but overall is very well mannered. Proud of him!
Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here at Triple Espresso Livestock. We hope you have a wonderful holiday! 🦃🍁
Trailer trauma who? This guy continues to impress me! 🤩
Sure makes you wish you had a capable horse to hold cows 😂 this video was much longer featuring myself having to keep her penned in dirt that wants to break your ankles.
Mabel in the background is just being a good heifer holding her hole 🤣
We have made the switch from horseguard to Animal Health Solutions and Equerry's after talking with our vet. It turns out horseguard has been lacking quality control and not staying consistent with their product. The levels in their product can be too high, or too low and they seem to be brushing it off without a care. With that said we are extremely happy with Equerry’s products so far! It has been under 30 days and I have already seen positive changes in all 4 of our personal horses! Very excited to continue using this product.
Here’s a short video of Lady helping me groom Luna for a little laugh 🥰
Somebody had a few baby brain moments today. Gunner is going to sleep good tonight. Overall I am really enjoying this sweet boy ✨
