Horses are so accident prone when they are not centered or grounded properly
Here's how I do my scrubs to keep these cuts clean till they heal or the vet arrives.

Note: to rinse without water I use rubbing alcohol that is in a bottle with a nozzle. Quick squeeze and it strips the soap out.

Thank you everyone for the continued support and love during these difficult times for me and my fur babies - Shy, Sebastian, and Diana.
We have been taking life one day at a time.
I will be going back to work starting next week but only taking on 1-3 appointments a week, only in the Regina area for the time being. I will post when I'm ready to expand.

I've been hearing of a number of horses being diagnosed with ulcers lately.
This is a great little read on Omperazole, the most common drug to treat them.
You must always try to find the cause of the ulcers to truely treat them. If its stress, nutrition, grazing or needing to eat before being riden, it will need to be resolved.
Acu-therapies can help heal and prevent ulcers along with aiding other issues you maybe having with your partner.

Great info on soy (soya) right here!
Horses cannot properly digest it and I specifically had Shy on a feed that didnt have soy. But I recently found out that the company added soy... we had been wondering why she was looking fat and bloated and having some emotional instabilities that weren't resolving... 🤦🏼‍♀️
So we're getting her off of that as soon as we find a new feed which has been VERY difficult since almost all feed companies here in Canada use it as a filler, in my eyes.
Check your labels, ask for an ingredient list and get after your feed companies if you're feeding it

It most certainly can!
We in TCM don't need to think about it we see and experience it.
Energy is the basis of Life and without it we wouldn't be here.
Everyone, including the animals, experience trauma differently. It isn't my place to judge the situation, my place is to help these energies move freely again and bring them back into balance.
When Energy flows freely there is harmony, when it doesn't there will be a number of issues that will arise.
With regards to the animals its very important to get these energies back into harmony to create balance in their lives and their owners.
Issues that arise can range from a chronic cough to emotional instability, those animals to just spook at anything and everything - even their own shadow! Or those who have just lost that spark for life and have become dull and depressed.
If you have one of these animals don't be afraid to reach out for help. You're fur-baby will thank-you by the end!
