For all the pups out there….
Hello fur-buddy!
I am working on my newest book! I have been in lots of wacky situations so I am ready to lend a hand, uh, paw to my pup friends. I know there are plenty of my fur-buddies who have manners questions or need advice on how to train their peoples.
If you want to send me a question I have to say to you that I must be a little picky about it. I hope that does not make you unhappy in your heart.
Please flea-mail me back these important words:
*Ask your question in 300 words or less. Don’t be afraid to do it because my Grammy will help you if you are worried about how to ask the words.
*A clear photograph of you, but not with your peoples, ok? Just you. As in you, alone. Not with anyone else. By yourself.
*I would need to know your name. If I met you at the park and said, “Hellos to you my new fur-buddy my name is Layla, what is your name? You would say to me, “Hellos Layla. My name is ________________.” You must say your name. That is a blank line so be sure to add your name where that line is sitting.
*Say the number of how old you are—if you don’t mind. I am ten! I am holding up all ten toes now so you can see in your heart how old I am today.
*Say the number of your birthday, if you know. My birthday is May 25th. Next year I will be eleven toes. If you don’t know when you were bornded it is ok. Or, if it is too personal, it is ok.
*Please tell me if you are a fur-boy or fur-girl. This is important because some names can be a fur-boy or fur-girl’s name and I do not want to make you sad in your heart if I make a mistake.
*Can you please tell me the place where you live with your peoples? I live in Nashville. It is a glad place because it is where my family is most of the time.
*The last thing I need is your peoples’ beginning names. I love my peoples. My dad is Ben. My mom is Jessie. I never call them that though because it would be a little weird. And I have two boy little peoples at my house too.
All flea-mails should be addressed to my little box at: [email protected]
You have to send it to me by Monday, February 19th because Grammy said that to me.
Thank you for saying all these important things to me so I can now stop the job of asking nosy questions.
Love your fur-buddy,
Layla
P.S. Now my Grammy has something to say that she said was necessary.
When you send your information please keep in mind:
“I understand that by replying to the email that my pet's name and photograph is being submitted for publication. I understand that it may be published and that the letter will be edited for content. Please send your flea-mail By Monday February 19th.
P.S.S. Sorry my Grammy was even more picky than my nosy questions. Picky nosy. Hahahaha! That was funny! It sounds like Picky nose! Goodbye again!
Love,
Layla
