MISSING DOG
My dog, Maya, was picked up by the police after a traffic stop and then taken away and carelessly placed in the animal shelter’s backyard whose fence had a hole. This all happened on the eve of July 12 at around 11pm.
I am asking for everyone’s help because I am not from the area not the state of Oklahoma. Therefore my small 10yr old shi tzu dog is not familiar with the area, town, nor state. I’m afraid that if I do not find her soon she will try to go further out trying to look for her home which is two hrs away in the state of texas.
She is 10 years old and has never been outdoor without me or someone to take care of her. She was wearing a beige plaid collar with a beige plaid bow and her name tag with my contact information.
Please help me find her. I left her under the care of a person while I was out of state. I am trying to get back to texas so I can then travel to Ardmore, Oklahoma to go find my baby. I am distraught at the inability to go and look for her right now, but I pray you may help me find, Maya while I rush Back to her rescue.
The police and animal shelter is not doing very much (to my understanding and opinion) to correct their mistake and help me find my baby.
If you have time please go and look for her out in the streets, if you know someone who lives close to the Ardmore animal shelter please ask them to help. If you love dogs or any pets you know they are not just an animal, they are family members and are defenseless. My baby has been with me since she was just 6 weeks old. She has never gone hungry, thirsty, or without love and care. She had a number 2 haircut 3 weeks ago. Most recent picture is the one with the red and black blanket.
