10 min potty break, Ohana is doing amazing! Happy tears!
Meet Ohana, 6 month old mini poodle girl. Life wasn't kind to her... It started in the outside cell of the backyard breeder. Plus this poor pup was born with genetic Ortho problems- she has no use of her right back leg and limited use of her left leg due to bad tibial deformity which is leading to bad luxating patellas. The left leg can be saved with surgery but the right leg - it will be very challenging. Our wonderful Ortho surgeon will do his best to save both legs but the success rate for her right leg is low. We still want to try and do whatever we can to give her normal mobility. She wants to run and play so bad! She is falling a lot and she arches her back which isn't good for her...
Our surgical cost is estimated to be around $3,000 with right leg amputation if first surgery fails. We would appreciate any donations to help with it...

Meet Phyllis, 6 y.o. English bulldog, mill mama. Our medical case...
Despite terrible neglect and abuse at the mill, she is still the happiest girl, only wants to play and be loved on...
Phyllis is scheduled for bilateral entropion surgery on Dec. 2. She also has luxating patella, ear infection and issues with her tail. So this beautiful girl will be with us for a while as she will need multiple surgeries. Her foster mama absolutely adores her. Phyllis is enjoying her life already ❤️.
Update: Adopted!!!
Marshmellow is still looking for her forever home... She is 5 y.o. Bichon, super sweet and social with humans, gets along with other dogs. She is spayed, chipped, had dental and shots. Amazing dog!
Nana, our blind Yorkie girl, is scheduled for bilateral cataracts removal surgery on June 21. She is 7 y.o., and so sweet. The puppy mill surrendered her as being old, they didn't even know that she was blind.
Nana is so brave, she figured out how to use a doggy door and a ramp to go to the yard. She knows foster mom's voice and follows her around. She knows her feeding time and will patiently sit and wait for her bowl. She eats mostly wet food and loves her treats. Nana is very affectionate and loves other dogs.
We can't wait for her surgery so she can see again...
Allie's tv Debut
Still available! Meet Allie the walrus -- that's how puppy mill called this cross between Bassett Hound and Sharpei... Her body shaped like Bassett Hound with shorter legs but color, ears and wrinkles are from Sharpei side. She looks intimidating but she isn't mean at all. She loves being petted and follows her foster mom everywhere. Allie is potty trained, using doggy door, sleeps quietly in her crate at night. She is a good guard dog and will alert you if any strangers appear on your property. Allie is 2-3 y.o., around 38 lbs., spayed, had shots and chipped. She is good with most dogs and loves to play. Very treat motivated. She is scared of kids so quiet mature household and secured fenced in yard will be best for her. She is shy at first but once she gets to know you she will love you forever. If you want to give Allie a chance, please submit an application at this link https://form.123formbuilder.com/5119381/adoption-application
Rue with her toys.
Big transport last night, thank you so much to 4paws4life rescue for helping us with a few extra dogs! Team work 💗💗💗💗.
Rue is one of our new arrivals, 7 y.o. female cavalier, very sweet. She came from Amish puppy Mill, had recent (terrible looking!) C-section for 1 dead baby (per breeder). Oozing bloody discharge from incision and female part, poor girl is sick. She is currently in the hospital being treated. Last night she was picking up soft toys from the floor in the foster home and carrying them to her crate, like her babies. Sooo sad. Hope she will be ok 🤞🤞🤞.
