Thoughtful Thursday: As One Rises, We All Rise

Today, I sit in the warmth of family, and yet, my heart aches.
Because while we laugh and share meals, children in Gaza go to sleep hungry.
Tiny, sacred souls… eyes still full of wonder… bellies painfully empty.

And I ask myself, how is this still our world?
A world where we can build empires but not protect a child from starving?

This is not a post about sides.
This is a call to our shared humanity.
To remember: we belong to one another.

Pain anywhere is pain everywhere.
And silence is no longer an option.

✨ That’s why I created the And Still I Rise Foundation, to support those most harmed by conflict and neglect: women, youth, and animals.
And through Whispers of the Wild, we’ve quietly raised thousands for healing and aid.

But now, we rise louder.

I’m being called to lead a YouTube Live Meditation, a transmission of peace, power, and purpose, to send love and direct aid into Gaza.

100% of donations will go toward food and relief via trusted, verified channels.

This is more than a meditation.
It’s a movement.

I've often wondered, what if heaven is closer than you imagine? Not a faraway land, but something you can experience in every moment of your life.

What if heaven is woven through every experience? It is in the laughter and the tears, in the hopes that flicker each morning, and in the quiet ways you give yourself permission to simply be you. We feel privileged to deliver these programs and healing sessions to women and teens who have been affected by abuse and trauma. These programs and one to one sessions take individuals on an inner journey designed to break through to new levels of love, awareness and personal empowerment.
