door cats must be current on rabies vaccinations prior to scheduled pet-sitting date (proof of paperwork required). Also spayed/neutered pets preferred, exceptions for young kittens/puppies. I will consider unaltered pets as long as they are well-behaved. Overnight care is done in your home. I live in an apartment building and am unable to take any additional pets in per the building rules. I have many references from clients who have trusted me in their homes with their pets. I don't throw parties, I keep things tidy, and I care for your animals to the best of my ability. I have a part-time job (I work 30-40 hours each week) and on occasion have to work manager shifts (8 hour days). Most of the time I work 6-hour or other abbreviated-hour days (3-4 hours) depending on the weekly schedule. Unfortunately, my work schedule varies each week, but there is some flexibility if your booking happens far enough in advance. If I happen to be working an 8-hour day, it would probably be a good idea to have a friend or neighbor stop by to let your dog(s) out if needed, and I can resume care once I get done at the end of the day. We can work things out as needed, depending on what specific care your animals need. Due to COVID concerns I will wear a mask for consultations (I am fully vaccinated and boosted!) My background as a Certified Vet Tech includes pets with medical requirements (diabetes management, sub-cutaneous fluids, wound care/bandaging, administration of medications, Rx diets, etc.) I currently do not work at a vet clinic, but I do have the knowledge and experience working with all kinds of special needs animals.

Offering in-your-home overnight stays as well as daily check-in's. I respect your home and keep it clean. References available. All dogs and indoor cats must be current on rabies vaccinations prior to scheduled pet-sitting date (proof of paperwork required).
