Need to be experienced and confident with handling big breeds.

We’re still away on holidays and limiting how much rescue work we do so we can actively enjoy our time away. We’re replying to messages when we can however response time is more delayed ☀️

Teeny is one of the most affectionate cats we’ve had in care for quite a while. She is a very human oriented girl and is sure to be the apple of her human’s eye.
She doesn’t like sharing her space with others so is looking for a home in a low stress environment as a solo animal with no young children please

Introducing our very special new arrivals 🐀
Our 8 beautiful girls from the Research Facility in Sydney arrived at BSAR early this afternoon.
So far they are settling in to domestic life rather well and showing us how inquisitive they are.
We would like to send a very special Thank you to the team at Liberty Foundation who made this all possible. Another Thank you to Tam who transported these girls all the way from Sydney across Victoria 🥰
As a rescue, we like to keep things real about our animals personalities.
In her adoption profile, we said Teeny was full of spunk and a major love bug. Well, we thought what better way to show you than a video.
While you’re sitting on the lounge, Teeny will come and join you for cuddles while she purrs to her hearts content. It’s not uncommon for her to become so relaxed and happy she starts drooling.
She is a ‘special’ girl looking for a special home ❤️

When transitioning your cat to any new diet, it is strongly recommended that it is done slowly to avoid any tummy upsets. Starting with small amounts of the new food added to the original food and gradually increasing the amount of the new food whilst reducing the amount of the old food.
When Arti first arrived back in care, he was a bit of a chonky boy and needed to loose around 1.5kgs to get him back to his prime condition, we did this by transitioning him onto Big Dog patties tor cats which as you can see, he absolutely loves.
In addition to loosing weight, his coat is super soft and his foster carer has noticed a dramatic improvement in the smell of his litter box! How good is that? All thanks to balanced raw feeding 🥩
P.S Arti is available for adoption 🥰
