I know it's been a while since I posted on here! There is a reason, but let me get to the UPS issue we are having. If any of you small businesses are using UPS to mail your product, MAKE SURE THAT YOU WATCH YOUR INVOICES FROM UPS!!!!

We have just noticed MANY occurrences that I would consider fraud with UPS.

As you all know, we are a small company that sells the Raptor Mod that has items that go with the wheel. 90% of our shipments weigh less than 4 pounds. This is not a new item, as we have made this for over 12 years, so we KNOW what these weigh. Even the Stainless Steel track wheel weighs less than 4 pounds!

UPS has decided to start charging us 12 pounds PER BOX for one wheel! Of course, Shipping.com did not let us know that UPS was charging us more for each box. We happened to find out when DAVID saw an extra charge on his PayPal account. I contacted Shipping.com and had them send me a detailed listing of all charges from Jan of this year to current. Most of our UPS shipments have been upcharged to the 12-pound amount!

Of course, you can NEVER speak with a real person at UPS, only the AI, and they NEVER get it right. They finally say they will have a person contact you with no follow-through.

I finally found a number that you can speak with a live person, and I will be calling them tomorrow! We will be reimbursed, or we will be filing for a class action lawsuit against UPS.

PLEASE NOTE, WE HAVE HAD TO DISCONTINUE OUR BABY RAPTOR MOD WHEELS. The distributor is no longer carrying anything but the tear-tab lids in the 2-gallon size. As you all know, tear-tab lids are not good for wheels unless serious steps are taken to make them usable. Lettica is still offering the standard 2-gallon lid, but there is a minimum purchase of 1800 lids. Too many for our small business to store.

Our website is not letting us delete this item, so if any are ordered, we will refund ASAP.

We regret that we are forced to discontinue the Baby Raptor Mod. The manufacturer put a minimum order of 750 (with a $350 charge for a half order) on the standard 2-gallon bucket lids. This is for both the black and the white lids. All other manufacturers have only tear-tab lids, which everyone knows are VERY bad for our gliders!

You might try White Oak Sugar Gliders. She did have some of the Black Baby Raptors in stock, but I don't know how many she has!

It's been a while since I last posted on our page, but I wanted to let you all know that the BLACK Baby Raptor Mod has been discontinued.

Lettica no longer has the black lids. The only color they have now in that size is White. We are ordering some of the white so the wheel can still be available to you for your travel and hospital cages. We should have the white in next week.
