Mullet Turtle comics are written and illustrated by Steve Steiner and proofread by his loving wife, Jennifer Steiner. Since then, he has cartooned and worked for several small newspaper in Western Pennsylvania and the Columbus Dispatch located in Columbus Ohio. He’s best known for having several comics in the competitions of Zuda Comics, DC Comics’s now defunct webcomic imprint. Those comics inclu
