My first run is over at Meeker. As many of you know trialing can bring you to the top fast and then take you to the bottom all in one day. Well, my run wasnt much of a run but I have grown and had fun the short time I was at the post. Not sure what went wrong but I have three good guesses…. Lololololo
1. The ATV went up the field just before my run on the left side (I sent to the Right)
2. The rocks on the left side looked like sheep lolololo (my dog was not the only one that thought that either)
3. She was leading out to far on the right, so I called her back before I sent her and that made her think I wanted her to go to the left lololololo
Whatever it was that made her cross over and look for sheep on the left I have no idea. She is a great dog, and one run does not define who either of us are. I would not have been able to say that a few years ago. Tomorrow I run my very young dog….. Who knows what she will do…… Maybe win lololololo you never know.

We are excited to announce our first clinic at Double M Stockdogs new location: Williams, AZ
Three days of a working clinic with three highly qualified instructors each teaching their specialty. You will rotate each day to a different instructor teaching a different course/skill set. At the end of the three days, we will be hosting an AHBA Trail to test the skill you have learned. All levels and spectators are welcome. Handlers will be group together by levels to help each handler get the most out of thier lessons. Lunch will be provided. At the end of each day, you will have plenty of time to explore N. AZ or just spend the day hanging out at the ranch with other handlers.
Ranch Course: Horse trailer, bridge, sort pens, gate sort, ribbon pull, gather, drive etc
Arena Course: Gather, mastering obstacles, AKC 4-5, take pen, understanding point loss, etc.
Field Course: Large Gathers, fetch/drive obstacles, understanding lines, crossing your course, etc.
Beginners and first timers: Introduction to stock, directions, body language, are you ready to trial, etc.
