Cate and Gilligan of the Beagle Freedom Project Cate was rescued from being a lab animal by The Beagle Freedom Project in July 2015. Grateful for the opportunity to show her love. Join us in her journey.

After hearing about how common product testing/research is with beagles, my family became very passionate to join this cause. We followed Beagle Freedom Project's efforts and rescues. We cried as we saw the beagles released from horrid conditions, cheered as laws were being passed to stop the killing of these sweet animals when the testing is done, raised awareness, and starting changing buying ha

bits that are cruelty free. My heart ached when I saw these freegles scared to go out of their crate and the fear in their eyes. We got on the list to adopt one and Cate has become our family. Her tattoed ear that marks her lab history is a constant reminder that she has a story we will never fully know. But each day, she is growing and making more and more progress. She loves and wants to be loved. And help us raise awarenss.
