Pepper - Available for Adoption

Pepper is an adorable tabby kitten who is all ready for her new home! She is around 7 to 8 weeks old. Pepper is very sweet, cuddly, and playful. She was found in a field alone and terrified of everything around her.

Below is a little about Mama from her rescuer. Please note - only Mama is available. All of her kittens have found homes.

Mama is gray and white. She is special in that she has only 3 legs. This has never stopped her. I have seen her hunt and catch a bird mid air with only 3 legs. She is approximately 3-4 years old. She uses the cat box with no issues and has adjusted to indoors very well. With me she has been very affectionate and seeks attention. I am not sure how she might do with other cats as she was outside until she had this litter of kittens. I know she has been a good protective mama. So may be ok with other cats maybe kittens? I have not exposed her to my cats. She is scheduled to be spayed this Friday. I would be asking for a rehoming fee only to help offset the cost to have her spayed and get her rabies shot.

Blondie - Available for Adoption

Blondie came to us as a kitten and was born in May of 2018, so she's been here for 6 years! She's super friendly and loves to talk to us! She also enjoys purring and rubbing against our legs.

Potsy is a big cuddle bear. He is shy at first, but he warms up quickly. He loves to play with his buddy, Tango, and lay in the sun.

Jackson - 6 months old male kitten

Jackson is a feral that was taken in during the cold spells over the winter when he was only 8 weeks old. He is neutered and has his vaccines. He is still a bit shy but warms up quickly. He is now socialized and ready for a new home.

This handsome boy is Salem! He is as sweet as can be, but he is a little shy at first. He is best friends with Montana (posted last week). Salem tolerates being held for short periods, and loves to play!

Montana - Available for Adoption

Montana is a gorgeous girl who is a bit shy. She picks who her humans are so don't be offended. Montana was abandoned at an apartment complex with her brother, Cole, when her owners moved away.

Cole - Adopted

Cole is a super friendly boy who has gorgeous two-toned orange markings! He is friendly with both humans and female cats, he cannot be placed in a home with male cats. Cole greets everyone who comes into his building with more of a honk than a meow, he loves attention and treats! He takes a few minutes to warm up to you, but once he does he’ll be at your side for pets all day! He also is very playful, his favorite toy is a piece of fleece on a handle. Cole was abandoned at an apartment complex by his owners who moved away.

Meet Minx - 7 yr old all black male. He is neutered, liter box trained, flea free and rabies vaccinated. He was rescued years ago as a stray, been living with my elderly mom since. Unfortunately, mom is unable to keep him as she's moved into a senior living facility due to her age and disabilities. We are looking to rehome him to a loving new home. He will need time to adjust and get to know his new human. He does get along with other cats and has been solely an indoor cat since rescued.

Sugar Ray - Available for Adoption

We need a barn home/placement for Sugar Ray ASAP. He is not doing well at the sanctuary and is having behavioral issues. He would make a good barn cat or perhaps shop cat. At the sanctuary, he is not a fan of other cats. He is very aggressive towards them. He would do best as a solo cat.

Update - she has since been adopted

Found Female Cat - Culver, IN

This girl showed up about a week ago and the finder was finally able to get her inside tonight. Once inside, she made herself right at home. She even sat on the finder’s lap and demanded pets.

If you know who she is or who her owners are, please let us know! She’s had a home and humans at some point in her life and we’d love to get her back home!

Violet can be a bit of a tease. She wants you to work for her affection but once you win her over, she's all about belly rubs and nuzzles.

Cinder - Adopted

Cinder is a stunning all black cat who is very playful. He tolerates being picked up and held. He has turned into a social and lovable cat. Warning - he is much chunkier now than when this picture was taken. 😂 Cinder has been with us since he was a kitten so he'd love to finally find a home.

Katie is a beautiful tortie. She has been at the shelter since she was a kitten so she'd really love a home! She loves to run around and be queen of the castle but she does tolerate other cats. Katie loves attention but her future humans need to be on guard for her possibly having reoccurring UTIs that need immediate attention.

Frankie - Available for Adoption

Frankie loves to play! He is always playing with some of our resident cats or with toys. He is a bit shy but loves attention once he gets to know you. Frankie is a special needs kitty. He has eye inflammation that requires L-Lysine chews/treats every day which he happily takes. His eyes have cleared up a ton since this picture was taken.

Found - Adult Male Tabby with White

Found near 14b and SR 17 in Culver. He is super sweet! He can’t get enough love from humans.

Biscuit - Adopted

This cute, special little boy is around 9-10 weeks old. He has a permanent head tilt due to a predator attack and substantial hearing loss. When the foster found the little guy, he had many medical issues - some of which were life threatening. But his will to live was strong and he overcame the medical issues to become a happy, playful little rocket zooming around and being glad to be alive. He's extremely friendly, socialized and loves to play and be cuddled. His hearing loss makes him an inside kitty only. He will run into walls and objects at times but he gets right back up and continues on like nothing happened.

Please message us if you are interested in adopting Biscuit. He is currently on antibiotics that will need to be continued if adopted before the course is over.
