Austie’s Pet Sitting...
12 years ago, at the early age of 6 years old, I realized that there was one thing that I wanted more than anything in this whole world: a dog. While I have had that wish fulfilled since then, I had to find ways to prove to my germanic parents that I could take care of that kind of responsibility. Through some quick and brilliant brainstorming, I decided the best way to do so was to start pet sitting. I had my mom’s help in making some business cards as well as flyers, and I started marketing “Austie’s Pet Sitting” through the whole neighborhood.
Fast forward 12 years, I have now pet sit/house sit many many times. The joy that it brings me to provide people with the comfort of knowing their house and animals are in good hands while they get to enjoy time to themselves traveling is one of the best things ever, and I look forward to continuing to do so.
