🎄 A little note during the holiday hustle 🎄

The Christmas rush is here, and with it comes the challenge of coordinating deliveries. Recently, while assisting a customer in booking their rider, I noticed that some riders take on multiple orders without disclosing it. This can sometimes affect the condition of your fur baby’s cake upon arrival.

As a reminder, our policy is for customers to book their own riders to best suit their schedule and preferences. While we take great care to pack each cake securely, some bumps along the way are beyond our control. Rest assured, even if a cake arrives with a little extra “character,” your furry friends will still find it tail-waggingly delicious! 🐾

We kindly ask for your patience and encourage you to confirm with riders about their routes when booking this busy season. Thank you for understanding and for making our cakes part of your holidays! 💚
