Seems like so long Ago. I was ALWAYS proud to put on the uniform. I learned to be more Persistent, Focused, Disciplined and more Determined no matter what was going on around me. I learned what it meant to HONOR the Office when the man occupying the office wasn't Honorable. Most of all for me because I was more of a Loner, I learned TEAMWORK. No matter the Negative I choose to RECALL the POSITIVES I learned in the USAF Basic Military Training. Side note for a Smile, my duffle bag is still in my closet folded the Air Force way.
