Nelson's Golden Retrievers of Alaska We raise and breed pure bred Golden Retrievers with a focus on our pups being family dogs.

We value each of our goldens as members of our family and spend the time with all our pups to get them ready for households with children or other pets.

Okay! 11 seems to be our number. We have 5 girls and 6 boys. Momma did fantastic and is now getting pampered for all her hard work.
All pups are healthy ranging from 1lb at birth to our little runt at 10oz. She was born teeny tiny with a shorter tail than the others, we'll be monitoring her growth closely, but so far she's fiesty enough to be fighting with her siblings, so I forsee no problems.
If you are on our waiting list for a pup we will be contacting you in the next day or so. Once we've worked down our list, we will announce if there are any little pups still looking for homes.

Hello everyone. We are expecting a new batch of wee ones sometime at the end of January or early February with go home dates end of March or early April.

I didn't get pictures of the trip due to the stress and rough weather, but the vet trip went well.
After a long and rough boat ride, the pups arrived a bit seasick, but had visitors at the vets to cheer them up.
All the pups are healthy.
We saw our first two babies off to their new Petersburg families today as well.

Pups got to go on big adventures today. They got to explore a new outdoor space.

Play time in the puppy pen! Pups turned 5 weeks yesterday, are practicing eating hard chow as snack between mush meals, and are getting adventures outside when we get breaks in the rain. We do still have one male available. Brown collar. He's a very sweet and affectionate gentleman.

Puppies all went outside for the first time and were too enamored by the grass to even wander.

Puppies had their first meal of mush today and loved every second of it! Even Auntie Naudie tried to get a taste.

Puppies were super playful this morning. Auntie Naudie (4 months old) loves to hang out and let them climb on her.

We also have this little sweetpea available. This is Black Collar, and he's a snuggle bug for sure.

They're starting to play with toys! Also, this is Brown Collar, he's still looking for a family if you or someone you know is interested.

Babies got their upgraded collars today. Looking pretty shiny! Also, we still have 2 females and 3 males looking for families. Feel free to message of you're interested or have questions.

Babies eyes are opening!! This is baby green giving kisses and showing off his new eyeballs.
