Who we are
We are a group of local citizens who support the establishment of a public, off-leash play area for dogs and their humans in or around the City of Dexter. Let’s face it; not everyone has access to a fenced-in yard to play with their furry friend. The surrounding cities of Ann Arbor, Chelsea, and Saline all have public dog parks, but these are a 20-minute or longer drive from Dexter. A public dog park can be a low-cost and positive addition to the local system of parks and open spaces.
