Animals have been my teachers in many ways because they get me to trust my awareness rather than believe the things people say.

Animals listen to the energy, not the words.

So, if you've got something going on, the animal knows it and responds to that. You cannot pretend with them.

You can lie to a person all day long and they will buy what you’re saying. Animals won't.

And they’ve taught me to listen to the words and the energy! There’s so much animals will gift us once we start the conversation with them.

Sometimes an animal will display an unwanted behavior to change their living situation.
​
Animals are not silly! They know that p*eing indoors, or other unwanted behavior is a way to get our attention.
​
Once, I worked with a lady whose cat was p*eing everywhere in her house. She had had the cat for 10 years and was ready to move on. But she also didn’t think it was possible to rehome a cat that p*ed indoors.
​
Once she finally agreed to find her cat a new home guess what happened? Not only was that cat quite happy, but it also didn’t p*e in its’ new home!
​.
Usually when someone is ready to move on, so is their pet. Both parties are done, yet many people hold on thinking that reho​ming an animal is irresponsible.
​
When an animal chooses a new place to live, it’s not personal. So, be willing to ask them: What’s going on? What are we dealing with here?
​
This is where animal communication can be complex because every situation and every animal will be different, and you have to be willing to be different also.
​
So, if you’d like to upgrade your animal communication skills, consider joining the advanced Talk to the Animal class that is coming up soon.
