Update from Sadie’s human:
Sadie has been showing scary symptoms over the last few days, tilting her head to the right side, drooping right ear, jaw and just recently, unable to fully close her right eye and displaying an unsteady gait. Things got worse yesterday, and she was taken to the Vet straight away. Today she underwent anaesthetic, so they could properly look inside her ears to see if it is a bad inner ear infection - however, the Vet cannot rule that out, being unable to see the source of infection. A sample has been sent and bloods taken. Sadie has woken up ok from anaesthetic, and will start a strong course of antibiotics to hopefully clear up this unknown infection. And hoping that with the antibiotics, she will improve quickly. It is a stressful and very scary time for us, and we thank you for your continuous love ❤️. It’s so difficult seeing her like this, and feeling so helpless. Will update more once Sadie is home..
