Big boi alert! 🚨 On Sunday, Toby our handsome big fella was adopted by a family that came by just the day before and just had to come back and adopt him! Although we didn’t get a picture of him on his gotcha day, he did look rather dapper last weekend when we took this one! As they say, if I fits, I sits!

🥹 Honey, one of the Hundred Acre Woods siblings, was adopted after a trial sleepover. She was an instant family member, but needed to take it slow with her new two dog siblings! She is going to be the queen of the household and loves her new throne! 👑

Little Nemo’s trial adoption became official on Sunday! His new dad typically works from home, and Nemo became a great co-worker even though he fell asleep on the job! He was just resting up for his orange boy antics later! Cat dad says he never stays in one spot for long (so much energy), and he’s so happy he’s part of the family now!

Baby Shiitake was adopted on Saturday after only being at his first adoption event for about an hour! 🍄‍🟫 It was love at first sight! This little guy love snuggling in his blankie and will have a cat sibling at home to show him the ropes! Congrats little man!

Ricky's new family waited an extra week to make sure they were ready for him. Saturday. they made it official and report he is loving his human brothers. Ricky also enjoys the top shelf of his new cat tree and seems to be protecting his family from birds flying by and wayward lizards. Congratulations! at the Pearland PetSmart!

🥝🥝🥝 This family had been waiting for Kiwi to get over a minor illness and finally were able to pick her up on Saturday. Since then Kiwi has been spotted trying to climb up the bunk beds to see what her human brother is doing. They will all have so much fun together!💕

Sherbet was adopted by this young man on Friday! He was waited over a week to meet him, and it was an instant connection! He will be spoiled rotten by his new family, and just in time to keep them cool this summer. 🍨

Little Luffy! I'm Luffy, a sweet, friendly, affectionate, and adoring brown tabby fella with white tuxedo markings who thoroughly enjoys the company of my entire foster family, including the preschool kids. Since my gentle, calm temperament tolerates the kids' man-handling me, I got my name because the preschoolers say, "This kitty 'luffs' us." I have fun playing interactively with all my hoomans, and I'm a curious guy who likes exploring.

My foster meowmy surmises that I was someone's pet who was allowed to go outside, and the inevitable happened when I was hit by a car. My future foster meowmy fortunately was the Good Samaritan who didn't pass me by but rescued me and took me to her vet. I'm a brave fighter who narrowly escaped my leg's amputation through sheer determination, and I'm happy to report that my leg has healed beautifully.

Please me! I am ready!

This little doggie was found in a neighborhood here in Houston, no chip, no collar and hasn't been spayed. Poor girl has had a few litters of puppies.

She is just a tiny thing and so sweet. Would you please consider fostering her and showing her that people can be kind?

We will cover her spay and get her vetted! .

Sweet Alfie, now named Kyro, was adopted last week by a co-worker of the Foster Mom. Apparently the Foster had to bring him to work for feeding a few times, and all her friends got to meet him. Don't they look happy together?

Noodles is OUTTA HERE! We love our repeat adopters. This young woman adopted from HOPE three years ago and for the last few weeks had her eye on an Adoption Center kitty, Noodles. As you can see in the photo Noodles walked right into her carrier and was ready to go home and meet his new kitty sister. We think they will all have a lot of fun in the years to come.

Congratulations Noodles, you did a great job of finding your forever family.

Lots of love to see here!! At Petco - Sugarland, Pooh and his fellow Hundred Acre Wood siblings attended their first adoption event, and he was so happy to go to his furever home! His new family spent time getting to know to make sure he’d be the purrfect fit with them. In the end he worked his magic and was adopted Saturday!

We have cats here at the Pearland PetSmart every day! Go !

Teddy, our handsome Scottish Fold was adopted Saturday and his new mom made the long trek to pick him up and take him home! Teddy was already to give kisses, and they both were very happy to be together!

This weekend, Spark was trying to catch the attention of everyone who walked by his cage. This woman and her grandson were smitten. She had been looking for a companion kitty to keep her entertained. We are pretty sure that Spark will be entertaining her whole apartment complex!

💔‼️🚨 BRED & DUMPED: Foster or adopter needed ASAP for a dumped German Shepherd in Spring Branch! The finder's personal dog has cancer, so now isn't a good time to foster.

"We took her to a better vet for a more thorough exam and full work-up yesterday and they still did not find a chip. We got her vaccinated (Rabies, Bordetella, DA2PP 3 Year) and got her on NexGard for heartworm prevention, flea/tick treatment. She also is taking a worm medication just in case.

They said she is in fact 2.5-3 years-old. Their main concern was that she is severely malnourished. She weighed 67lbs and this vet said she should weigh about 90-110lbs.

They said she’s most likely had several litters but nothing recently and she is not spayed. It appears she was bred and then dumped, unfortunately.

Please let me know if you all are able to foster this sweet girl. I completely understand and honor how high the demand is, so I would be eternally grateful if y’all could help or please point us in the direction of a rescue that may have room for her."

She's loving and trusting despite it all. Can you help her?

As a 7 year old whose former owner passed away, Henry was looking for his new home! He found it with a young couple and has cat and dog siblings to have fun with - although the snoozes seem to keep him the most busy! Petco - Sugarland and come back tomorrow 12-4 for more!

Last weekend at Petco - Sugarland, we had eight adoptions!

First adoption of the day belonged to Dumpling! Her new family drove all the way from San Antonio to adopt her! They said: "She is such a cuddle bug and has made herself right at home with us. The drive home wasn't bad at all, she was a perfect little passenger princess.😊’ and so cute, she deserved 2 pictures!"

Little Janet's brother and sister were adopted last week, but last Saturday was her day to shine. This nice woman stopped by to find a friend for her 4 month old kitty, Theodore. So Janet headed home with her new Mom to meet her new Brother. Congratulations sweet girl.

On Saturday, Sasha and Tigger were adopted by this very excited family. This sweet sister and brother were visiting Pearland for the first time. They were so happy to have a furrrever family of their very own. May you all have many wonderful years together ❤️.
