Purchase Agreement
Thank you for deciding to adopt one of our puppies! We hope to make this an enjoyable and happy experience for you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions/concerns about your puppy at anytime. We offer

1. Please read the health guarantee completely before putting down a deposit on one of our puppies. By putting a deposit and or fulfilling payment on a puppy you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract.


2. We require a deposit in order to hold the puppy of your choice. Buyer agrees that payments are made via VENMO , CASH APP OR CASH only .


3. This deposit is non-refundable, unless there is a problem and something unforeseen happens to your puppy while in our care. In that case the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or transferring that deposit towards another puppy.


4. If for some reason buyer decides not to get puppy ( changes mind, financial situation changes, etc) deposit is still non-refundable. However, deposit will be held and can be placed on a future puppy of buyer’s choice

Health Guarantee
1. It will be Breeders decision to decide when the puppy will be ready to go to its new furever home. This will usually be between 8-12 weeks of age. This will depend on the weight of the puppy and how well they are eating dry puppy food. If a puppy isn’t picked up by agreed upon pick up date there will be an additional charge of $10 a day for every day after that point. If puppy isn’t picked up by 4 weeks after original pick up date another round of vaccinations will be administered and this is an additional charge . Please understand if puppy is not picked up , the buyer has not responded to messages or phone calls after 72 hours or arrangements have not been made with breeder to pickup puppy . The breeder has the right to offer the puppy to a new family and buyer not considered as a potential puppy buyer in the future unless otherwise agreed upon by breeder.

2. Your puppy is guaranteed to be in a good health at the time of sale.

3. Your puppy will be up to date on shots and worming at time of pick up. It is very important to continue with your puppy’s vaccination/worming schedule. Please do not expose your puppy to other puppies/dogs that have not been fully vaccinated. Please do not take puppy out for walks or in public in areas besides from your home as you risk puppy picking up contagious illnesses. Your puppy isn’t fully protected until it has received all 4 puppy shots at around 15-20 weeks of age.

4. Buyer must have puppy examined by a licensed vet at their own expense within 72hrs of receiving puppy. Documentation must be sent to breeder for health guarantee to be honored. Please have puppy established with a vet 4 weeks prior to pickup to ensure you will be able to meet the 72 hours deadline to have puppy seen by a vet . If puppy is reserved and ready to be picked up in less than 4 weeks please get established with a vet as soon as you place a deposit and or agree to purchase the puppy .

5. If within 72hrs a licensed vet finds puppy to be unhealthy or unfit for sale, the puppy will be returned to Breeder for a full refund-provided that the puppy hasn’t been injured or neglected. The vet must provide a written statement deeming the puppy “unhealthy”. Breeder reserves the right to have puppy examined by our vet at our own expense for a 2nd opinion. New owner must provide transportation of puppy back to breeder at their own expense.

6. This guarantee does not include health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer, minor illness such as colds, allergies, internal parasites(after 7 days) or umbilical hernias, mites or fleas. The breeder will disclose any known illness or health concerns with buyer prior to deposit being placed or final sale.

7. The breeder cannot assume financial responsibility for this puppy after 72 hrs of the sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure proper care and safety for puppy.

8. Breeder doesn’t assume responsibility for training difficulties or behavior problems puppy may develop

9. Breeder does not guarantee size of dog at adulthood, but will give you the closest estimate one can offer based off size of parents. Nor does breeder guarantee fertility, or ability to place in shows, but is sold as a top quality pet.

10. Breeder provides a 1 yr health guarantee against congenital defects affecting heart, lungs, kidneys and other organs, if this is to occur buyer must return puppy and breeder will replace puppy of the same breed and value when one becomes available. This excludes diseases or breed prone problems. Some things that can occur can’t be gene tested, so if a dog is a carrier can’t be known. Some things that can be breed prone are IVDD, Perthes Disease , Patellar Luxation and Hip Dysplasia.

11. RIGHT OF RECOVERY OR PLACEMENT:
Should the buyer find themselves unexpectedly in a circumstance that prevents them from being able to properly care for the Puppy, buyer agrees that breeder will be contacted first and given first rights to the Puppy. Buyer agrees to bring the puppy to the breeder if this should ever happen. The Breeder will find a suitable home for the puppy. Buyer agrees that the Puppy will NOT under ANY circumstances be placed in a shelter, dog pound, or rescue center. The buyer will not rehome the puppy to anyone not approved by the breeder. This provision is to ensure that the Puppy will not end up homeless or destroyed. If puppy is returned within the 1st 14 days, one third of the purchase price will be refunded, the remainder goes to keeping puppy current on medical care and advertisement until placed in a suitable home. If returned after 14 days, only deposit amount will be returned.
