Should your dog just listen to you or is there more to it?

I often hear frustrated clients who don’t understand why the dog doesn’t just do what is asked of them. The owner feels that the dog “owes” them because they provide food, shelter, and love. The least the dog can do is sit, wait, and come when called, right?

Sometimes the best thing you can do is take some time off to train, let the dog mature and gain new skills. Congrats, Joey, NW1, with a third place overall and third place in interior and vehicle searches. Welll done Little Man!
