Stitch is a 4lb Yorkshire Terrier dog born on July 21, 2004. He died on August 3, 2007 but miraculously came back to life!
Sending out a big Happy Birfday 🥳 to Stitch’s last baby girl, Isabella Kitten. She is 13 years old today!!! Stitch never liked his puppies 😂 but he didn’t mind Kitten too much because she was a total goofball. 🤪 She now has the bestest home 🏡 ever and was adopted by one of grandma’s 👵🏼 most very special friends, Brenda Bruck Parks & Brent Parks. ❤️❤️🐶🐱🦆🐴
2 years ago today, his passing broke SO many hearts. Stitch was one of a kind. 17 years was nowhere near enough but 14 years longer than expected. What dog lives another 14 years after being dead for over 30 minutes? A true miracle. My baby boy. ❤️ Here are some of my favorite pictures…

Happy Heavenly Birfday to my baby boy. He would have been 19 today!!! 17 years is an exceptional good long life for a healthy dog and a pure miracle for a dog like Stitch. He was nothing short of smart, amazing, strong-willed and unrelenting. Nothing kept him down for long. Even after a horrible seizure, he would be pushing himself to get his ball or Rita PolkaPants or MooCow before he could even walk straight.
I miss him terribly every single day. He is here with us in Florida. You all were right. I couldn’t leave him behind. It was bad enough leaving my mom and dad. If you have any whippy creme in your house, have a bite (or sq**rt if canned!) for Stitch and share a little with your furbabies in celebration. You all are the best Facebooky fans a girl and her dog could ask for!!! ❤️🐶🌴🎂
10 years ago today we lost Grumpy Grandpa’. 💔 He was grumpy because of bad health 💊 that also made him look much older than 74, so can’t blame him. 👴🏼 He loved Stitch 🐶 - probably because he was the only boy in his world surrounded by women and female Yorkies. 🤣😁 And the fact he was so stinking smart and cute. ❤️🐾
Oh, we move to Florida in 2 weeks. Yes, Stitch is coming, too. You all were right. I can’t leave him behind. 🌴🙂
Hi Facebooky! ✋ Mommeez here. I know it’s been a couple months 📆 but oh what a whirlwind 🤪 it’s been! I have big news - something we’ve been wanting for a very long time 🤔 but could never do as I would never leave Grandma. 👵🏼 We bought a condo by the water in Florida! 🌴🏖️😎 ☀️
Still have to sell the house in Ohio but already started buying furniture 🛋️🪑🛏️ and enjoying this great weather.
But here is my dilemma: what to do with Stitch when we move? 📦 He was cremated ⚱️ and is in a nice large container with his favorite toys, a few tshirts, etc. He had never been to Florida 🌴 but he was born in Grandma’s 👵🏼 Ohio kitchen and he drove 🚙 cross country to live in California when he was just 8 weeks old. Then he flew ✈️ back to Ohio (1st Class, of course!! - only the best for my special boy!) and when we went to fly back to California, grandma 👵🏼wouldn’t let him go, so he stayed with her and grumpy grandpa 👴🏼 a few months til we got moved.
We now live in mom/grandma’s house. 🏠 Summer 🐶, who passed in September has her remains, along with several other Yorkies, 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶 in a special area in the side yard 🌳 that shouldn’t get disturbed. Should Stitch get put with the others, to ‘stay’ forever at grandma’s or bring him to Florida? His kitty 😺 siblings, sweet Kobe and evil Lilijean will be going to Florida. 🌴
Stitch 🐶 would have been content anywhere but I’m torn either way. What do we all do when there is no one else to take our precious babies?? There is no more family. 😢

It’s a balmy 5 degrees here! 🥶 Been watching videos of Stitch today and thought I’d share a quick one of him and Summer. I’m sure she’s pestering him at the rainbow bridge. Grandma will keep an eye on them. 😁❤️
Last Christmas Eve. Stitch and moms dog, Summer. The house is very quiet without them this year. First time in all my 63 years there has not been a pet around for the holidays. Hug your furbabies extra tight (well, not too tight and a little whippy creme treat won’t hurt them). ☺️
First Christmas 🎄 without my boy and missing him so much. I know his eyes 👁️👁️ are bright again and his little body healthy ❤️. He is certainly surrounded with toys 🎾 playing with his beloved Grandma & Grumpy Grandpa. 👵🏼👴🏼 He’s probably aggravating the cats, Kobe 😺 & evil (not really) Lilijean 😼 and loving every minute of his time at the Rainbow Bridge. 🙂🌈 Mommeez wubs you, little man!!!! 🥰🥰🥰

This lil dog and his grandma are missed something terrible. Sorry I’ve not posted but it’s taken this long to clear my mother’s house and move in. We finished the remodel today. We are exhausted. Now we can grieve the loss of Stitch from 6 months ago and mom a year ago. What a long, strange trip it’s been! 3 rescues have recieved a lot of moms yorkie things for fundraising. It was more work but the right thing to do vs Goodwill. ❤️
