Small glimpse of calling the boys!
Codi- QH in the lead
Two TB babies (3/4)
Then the mustang
Quite the herd! Love it!
🔹 Farting = more speed 🔹
CLEARLY 😂👏🏼
Not a legit training method I use however cash certainly felt the need to apply it
Cash is our registered 24 year old Tennessee walking horse who is trained for barrels. He’s gaiting and trotting so he looks wonky.
Anyways, enjoy!
Miss darlin has arrived!
We are riding at the @american mule and bluegrass festival in shelbyville!
Sadly darlin is still recovering from front gutt ulcers and cannot perform as we hoped… however we will be doing a bareback demo and discussing her story and testimony as well as still raising awareness for blind horses ❤️❤️
So happy to finally ride with Aaron this evening as he is such a great horseman!!
What a great way to end the day!
Wish us luck for tomorrow!!
🌻 MAZE | Client review 🌻
Thank you, Amy, for having miss Maze stay for 90 days ❤️ she was truly a filly I will forever remember and cherish!
This filly blew me away on trails and riding. Her first ride under saddle was smooth and easy… once we found her “love”, which is trails, it was game on from there!
I wish the best for you and Maze!
Can’t wait to meet up in the fall to ride together.
I love you both dearly!

Offsite Training
So grateful to be able to train offsite at owners homes!
This herd is definitely an interesting batch! We’ve a confident yet nosy mare, a insecure gelding, and a confident yet insecure gelding… 😅
In a GIANT field! Wow.
These three are from kill pens, and they’ve been given one off the best homes anyone could ever wish for their horse(s). Each one has a story and each one has a different future ahead.
The black gelding is spoiling the herd, people don’t realize how the herd your horse runs with can genuinely make or break your horse. This family knows and is working on separating (again, I love working with people who make the moves!)
Check this session out.
First time catching him in the huge pasture.
If it’s a problem, work on it at the source. I could easily take grain and spend some time enticing them into the pen, but he is actually workable in the pen with me. So instead I work out here.
Today was fabulous!
Check out the progress today.
Stronger | Darlin the blind barrel horse
Stronger
Darlin , you amaze me!
We’re finally making some sense at the lope. It’s messy in some spots, but I have to remind myself — she’s blind. She’s depending on me for everything, and it’s a lot of responsibility. One move off my seat sends her out…’or in 😏
Once we both feel comfy at the lope and truly trust each other to make the correct call, I feel we may- just may- make an name for ourselves in the barrel world.
My end goal is to be a card holder on her.
That’s the goal, and truly I believe she can.
She’s stronger through her EPM survival, stronger through her blindness, and starvation from a rescue.
This mare is strong and she gives me so much strength and humility every time I leg up.
Tomorrow we enter our first exhibition!
🌻CLIENT REVIEW🌻
Starting her young horse Maze, and boy has it been a journey of a 30 day progress and i am loving every bit of it!!
Thanks for the review, Amy!! ❤️🙏🏼
Evaluation time! Good ole Loudon.
Loved working with a partially blind gelding and his sweet young girl.
Remember guys! Horses way of talking is through being physical…. Bucking, kicking, rearing, even nervousness can be a voice of pain.
Super blessed to travel and help families and horses ❤️🙏🏼
She didn’t stop.
I got darlin back in 2014, she was a bs if 1 and a rescue sadly let her get that way… she was fully blind. Has been since being a yearling, I found out after speaking with Lance Graves.
This mare has defied death many times.
The vet said when I got her, “Don’t expect her to live”, the horse she came in with died 3 days after arrival from starvation…
Yet, she didn’t stop.
I was in an arena with her years and years ago, and this dressage lady goes, “get that piece of s&@5 horse out of here.”
Little did she know who darlin was, the last daughter of the Hess Gay Dreamer (3 x world champion barrel horse, AQHA called him a ‘lifetime leading barrel sire’, )
Yet, darlin didn’t stop.
She was diagnosed with EPM in 2020, and i was told the percentage of her being rode again was slim to none.
Yet, that didn’t stop her.
Every time I leg up on her I think of the things we were told. And yet this horse never ever gave up. She truly walks by faith. She can’t see a thing, yet she pushes on with such passion and heart… why can’t I ?
Thank you, Darlin.
I hope your story empowers many. 🌻
This is the video of our FIRST lope yesterday since EPM. Thanks Shaney Palmer Brownfir the video ❤️❤️

Darlin tbe Blind Barrle Horse
Darlin blew me away tonight directing our offsite lesson… she loped second and third! We have not loped the pattern since 2020… since diagnosed with EPM.
She is a true fighter and truly an inspiration!
Thank you, Father, for keeping her around for me ❤️
So great having you here, Man!
Can’t wait to see you bloom! 🙏🏼🤗
Thanks , Heather, for the recommendation and for being such a fabulous owner to work with!

Good morning from miss Minnie Pearl ❤️
She’s our senior resident with an amazing life story of victory.
She was recently estimated to be in her mid 30’s based off her teeth (what there is left)
We love ya, sweet girl!
