Motorcycle Mom here (Christine) , Today, Kacey and I said Goodbye to Sweets at 1pm as she crossed the Rainbow Bridge, her last ride on this earth. Our hearts and lives will never be the same with her gone. We can not thank you all enough for enjoying her ride as much as we did!! She has wings now and will soar greater heights. UPDATE: SWEETS has Crossed Over the Rainbow Bridge 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭Today at 1pm we said our Goodbyes as she received her wings- Our home will never be the same - Thank you all for the years of Love and Laughter, She loved that motorcycle!!

Happy St Patrick’s Day Facebook!!! Many many years ago, my first public appearance was at Wob Westchase in Tampa Fl- today my Moms have me a little closer to home because it’s hot and well I’m old and tired- I had a sip of Guinness and so many people came over to say hi to me!! Happy 9th Birthday to ME!!!! Moms removed 98% of the sugary icing off my bday cupcake but it was still delicious 💦👅💦 and I had beef stew for dinner - eggs for breakfast and sweet potato dog treats- plus my BarkBox came today so I got BOTH the toys and all the snacks!!!! 🎉🤘🏼💕😈

I had some dental work done and a scratch on my eye worked on too- feeling better already. My moms have been telling vets for 3 years that I was in pain and no one believed them- after the 3rd vet they just say ”fine then, let’s at least do a cleaning as she hasn’t “ever” had one 😉” well that got me in with a quickness …… when the new dr man got me under and saw my mouth, my pallet had split open about an inch long and 9 teeth had to be removed…… dr man felt so bad for me and moms were happy FINALLY that someone was listening to them.… I am recovering well so far and can’t wait to be off all the meds as they are making me sleepy

I know so much is going on for all of us as the summer winds down, but I wanted to make sure you saw the news that the House passed the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act last night. It’s not every day that a landmark bill like this—a bill that will give a voice to so many—has a chance to become law.

This bill would strengthen the protections of the of 1965 and give our Justice Department the tools it needs to fight state-level voter suppression laws—laws that make it difficult for people of color to participate in our democracy.
