Rose's babies are doing really well. Some are still petite, but they are developing! 🥰 Sally is currently fostering three of the females and Rose has her other six babies. Teamwork! Hehe.

We had thought ALL were Burmese, but we are pretty sure two of the boys are actually Siamese! 😍 They are so crazy dark, like many of their Burmese siblings, and we are so excited to watch them mature!!!

Rose's babies are smaller and so we had made the decision for Sally to take on 3 of Rose's girls in hopes that will help bring a balance. Sally is doing so amazing, we hope that she can help a little bit.

Unfortunately....a few of them are respiratory senstive babies and it’s 💔💔. We try our best to breed healthy rats here on top of rats who want to be loved. 😩

Sally went into labor yesterday and had ONE baby. 🫠 Girl, a couple more would have been nice!!

So far, Sally is being a great Mom and baby continues to have a full belly.

Rose continues to hold her babies hostage, but we hope she has them soon so she can be a backup for Sally's little one. 🥹❤️

Belly!!! Looks like a Round 2 for this pairing and we are so excited yet anxious at the same time. 😅🤣🤣 She did so well for her first litter so send positive vibes and prayers that she does well again! Sally is truly a perfect ratto and a heart rat. 🥹❤️ We love her so much.

This litter will be ALL Dwarf and ALL Dumbo. 🥰 We are hoping for more females this time!!!

Waiting on official pregnancy confirmation, but Sally gained 15 grams in 9 days and Rose gained 36 grams.

So it's looking hopeful for beans!! 🥹🥳

Sally did amazing for her first litter so crossing fingers and toes that our precious girl will be successful again!!! And hoping for more girls this time!!!

Kit is one of our two Velveteen boys and we are hoping for Velveteen girls to reach for Double Velveteen. ❤️❤️ He is also such a laid back boy and so sweet. Rose is one of our current kissers so hoping for some awesome temperaments!!

RESERVATION ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

Reservations will be OPENING at 3pm on July 31st (Wednesday.) They will be posted on the website later today.

-There will be 1 Female pair and 1 Male pair of babies to Reserve. We may also add in some Adult pairs as well. :)

-DO NOT MESSAGE THE PAGE PRIOR TO THE NOTED TIME to reserve. Messages will be answered in the order they are received AT THE NOTED TIME.

-Adopters must be fully approved to reserve. If you are unsure of your status, please message us. ❤️

-Deposits are expected immediately and deposits are taken via PayPal. Rats will not be officially marked reserved until deposits are received. This means rats will remain visible and available to the public until I receive the deposit.

-It’s a “First come, first serve!” Reserve requests will be answered in the order they are received. Both Facebook messages and emails will be treated equally.

-Please consider that the rats you want may not be available, it is a good idea to plan for backups without having to take the time to discuss it with the whole family.

Hello. My name is Megan. My husband, Chris, my mother, Becca, and I, founded this Rattery in 2016.

I have been surrounded by animals of all kinds. You name it, my family probably had them at some point.

I still remember my first pair of rats: Sheena and Ben. They were my friends when I was little. I enjoyed their company and they were so smart. They opened my eyes to these amazing creatures.

I have gotten many rats over the years, all from Pet stores. Duchess is another heart rat that I dearly loved. I admit that I was very uneducated. I kept rats in tanks, fed a seed mix, and Duchess had quite a few litters. Eventually I stopped breeding. After Duchess had passed away. I had a very tough time with rats. All from Pet stores and all were skittish and/or aggressive. I got tired of it...
