Stephanie is a Wisconsin native who attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, graduating with a major in illustration and a minor in communication design in the year 2014. She continues to reside in Milwaukee with her cats, Olive the most rotund of little black cats, and Pimento, who is still working on growing into her ears. She spends the majority of her time doing freelance illustrati

on and vending at craft fairs. She loves drawing birds and other adorable animals like moose, mermaids, and sasquatch. Along with doing illustration she has an interest in knitting, sewing, gardening, embroidery, reading, and anything that makes her seem more like an old cat lady rather than a young 20 something trying to find her place in the world.

Went and got myself some yarn for a couple upcoming projects in Louisville today! Can’t wait to start both of these!

I’ll be knitting the by in vintage mushroom and fennel, and the balaclava by .dreamin holding toss vintage Joshua Tree and desert sunflower kid mohair. The balaclava will be a with and we can’t wait to get started!!

I am THRILLED with how this year’s Christmas vest turned out! I designed both the colorwork and the pattern itself and am hoping to publish in the future!

I’m so excited for all of the crafting time I’ll hopefully be getting during the holidays! I’m really hoping to finish up some WIPs and maybe even cast on something new!

This project was started a few weeks ago. I’ve been looking for some ways to use up yarn in my stash so I am self drafting this pattern with some awesome yarn I found while thrifting! I’m so happy with how these colors are working up together! And who knows…. Maybe I’ll be releasing some@patterns in the future including this guy!

It’s been a good while since I’ve posted anything but I’ve got a ton of projects in the works!! A couple of self drafted items, and a couple of patterns I’m following. I love to have a little bit of both since each type of project works my brain in a different way. Anyone else feel the same?
