You may look extra scruffy at the moment but that’s only because you’re not allowed to have a bath 🛁 yet, you lucky duck!

Finally had a haircut today! At least my about looks more proportional to the rest of my body now. PS Cubes is not allowed a haircut yet since his scabs haven’t fully healed.

Sorry for the late update, furriends! Mummy’s been slack/tired/busy since she got back on Tuesday. Cuba’s stitches were very slow to heal and were still very swollen when she got back, but they’re looking better now. He’s on extra course of antibiotics. The good news is that the result of the biopsy came back and there was no cancer. It was a bacterial abscess caused most likely by foreign object that was rapidly growing, hence the extended swelling of his stitches post-surgery.
The bad news is mumma Jess butchered my face while mummy was away. My beautiful snout! 😩😒🙄. Off to the groomers next week!

Thanks for the well wishes, everyone! Cuba’s surgery went well yesterday! He’s just chillin at home and we should receive the biopsy result back within 10 days 🤞

Poor Cubes has to go into surgery tomorrow 🙁 He has a grape-sized lump on the back of his neck that seemed to have grown almost overnight. Vet said they’d like to have it all cut out and sent for biopsy as the aspirate looked like it might have some suspicious cells but they couldn’t quite confirm what they were.

He’d literally just had dental a couple of weeks ago too! Poor boy has been in the wars 😭.

Please with him luck! 🍀🙏 Mummy is worried and she’s still overseas she can’t even give him cuddles.

Finally had a baff 🛁 today. I’m clean and fluffy again now. PS I’ve been recovering very well. Had my first physio sesh on Friday and apparently I did a good job there. Mummy’s been taking me on 10 mins walkies but it’s annoying cos she wouldn’t let me run. 🙃

Just had a 2 week post op recheck and went on my first 10 min walkies outdoors after! Things are looking very good but still no 🛁 for another week (thank DOG 🙏) and might still need to be in cone for a bit if I try to lick the scabs off my stitches.
