Hello there, I'm Trinity. I may be a senior, but don't let that fool you. I'm just as sweet, gentle, and friendly as any young pup. I love being around other dogs, cats, and kids too. I'm always eager to please and make everyone around me happy. Cuddling? It's my favorite pastime. I can't wait to find a family who will appreciate my loving nature and the joy I bring to every day. Trinity is an 8 yr old black mouth cur mix. She was originally rescued from Orange County Animal Services where she was brought in with a leg injury that resulted in her leg ultimately needing to be amputated. She has never let that slow her down.

We are so grateful for all of our fosters and all they do to help us save lives,

The picture below shows a pic of 5 shepherd puppies that were found abandoned in the middle of the road. The bottom half shows them now all living in their forever homes. They were even lucky enough that all of the families kept in contact and get them together regularly.

This is why fostering is so important and the reason that our fosters are so valuable and appreciated.

We adopted Phoebe from Animal Advocates in November 2014. She has been the biggest blessing to our lives. She’s friendly and gentle with kids and other dogs. She absolutely loves saying hi to people and makes friends wherever she goes. She just turned 10 years old and is known as our forever puppy because she still loves to run and play with her younger puppy brothers. We can’t thank you enough for everything you do for these animals!!!

Hi, my name is Teddy and I'm a Certified Good Boy! I'm sort of a mixed breed and everyone's best guess is Great Pyrenees, Black Lab, and a Golden Retriever. I'm tall and skinny; when I stand up I can give you a hug with my paws on your shoulders - but don't worry, I'm well trained not to jump. I've also been trained to loose leash walk, heel, sit, give my paw, lay down, touch your hand with my nose, and a bunch of other stuff. I'm really food motivated and smart so I'm pretty easy to train. I spent the hurricane at a new persons house and I never took anything off the counter tops, or out of the panty, I didn't eat from the trash, I didn't even eat the cat food (but I really wanted to). I even went potty outside in the rain (I'm not scared) and went for walks in the rain. I played tug with the new people and keep the ball away (I haven't learned fetch yet but I bet I could). I like my crate and don't bark much. I chew on my toys and haven't touched anyone's shoes...yet.

I love almost every person I've ever met, but sometimes I'm a little shy and bark - if they give me a treat though I'll be their best friend forever. I'm good with other dogs when we play alone and even in groups but I really don't like unfixed male dogs (I'll bark at them on walks and I don’t play nicely with them). Oh, and I also like cats. I'm just over a year old and still act a bit like a puppy, so I run really fast up to kitties. They don't like that. But I never hurt them; I just want to sniff. Once we all settle in the cats and I are good friends.

We adopted Zora in 2014, and she instantly became best friends with our other pup, Daisy. Together they have conquered Atlantic and Gulf beaches throughout Florida and sniffed every inch of the property at a dog-friendly cabin resort in North Carolina. She might be a little neurotic and overly enthusiastic about announcing when anyone walks by on the sidewalk, but we love her so!
