Help us in a fight to help save Jack from his death. A ruling a judge (VanSlyke) made in a 5 minute decision! With no evidence of Jack being a 'dangerous' dog..totally OUTRAGEOUS!!!! The family was then notified that they had to appear in New Hartford Town Court. They thought they were appearing because they never did have Jack licensed. They did not have an attorney, and were never asked if they

wanted one. Judge Van Slyke then deemed the dog to death. The family was in total shock! The family has since appealed to the order. Jack still remains caged at the humane society even though the 10 day quarantine ended on, Saturday April 6th. The humane society is charging $40.00 a day for boarding fees until this goes to a higher court, which could take up to 60 days. Since Jack is being held under court order, the Humane Society has to treat him as dangerous, and a threat to society he is not allowed out of his cage.

Jack is free..and he is a lover!!

One more quick video, then it's time for bed, tomorrow is another day! Jack just got out, it was late and we still had to get him situated for the night in his new home! We will introduce him to the rest of his family in the morning! Taking it slow, everyone has to adjust..what a wonderful feeling, knowing Jack is safe, have waited a long time for this moment!

I had a wonderful visit with Jack yesterday! As you can see, he is still a happy boy! We love Jack very much and are heartbroken that we have been separated from him for so long. We are very grateful to the Steven Swans Humane Society for being so supportive. Thank you all for being so supportive! Natalie
